Me: Here's a photo of me in 2009 at a music festival in Ironbridge.

Originally from South Africa, I relocated to the UK some years back.

I started experimenting with oil pastels for fun. About 2 years ago I did short courses in painting, drawing, life drawing and jewelry making. I enjoyed it so much that I'm now starting to do this on a more serious level. I belong to a small local craft group that gets together on a regular basis creating all sorts of things including art, crochet, jewelry and more.

I have recently completed a BTEC in Art & Design with Distinction* overall which I am real happy about. I have applied to study a Degree in Illustration at the Uni in Wolverhampton and I have been offered a place there. Unfortunately I can't get finance this year, so I have had to defer my place to start next year.

I am selling some of my handmade items on e-bay. The proceeds of it will help fund my Uni fees.
